Returns and Exchanges

*No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an RMA number.*

■ Exchange Policy for misdelivery or defective products. We take great care to check the quality of our products, but in the event you receive a wrong product or damaged item, we will exchange the product.

• Only products purchased from this website will be accepted.
• You must first contact us by submitting a “Exchange form” within 14 days of receipt. Then we will provide you with a RMA number by email. Please note that we cannot accept any exchange requests if more than 14 days have passed since you received the item.
